Investment
Design fees begin at $4,500.
The fee is calculated on the size of the home, its complexity, the spaces included and the level of documentation required. Site visits and renderings are quoted separately.
Scope
Implementation support is available separately and does not include construction-site management or supervision.
All drawings provided by INTÉRIYA are design-intent and coordination documents. Structural, engineering and permit documents must be prepared by licensed professionals.
